Our Training Center
Our Training Center is located near the intersection of Indian River Road and Kempsville Road.
The main workout area. Training includes weapons, kickboxing, and grappling. All four ranges of combat are taught: kicking, punching, trapping, and grappling.
At PFS of VA, we know that real fights don't take place inside the school. That is why we spend several sessions a week training outside.
Training includes working with the wooden dummy. Our instruction focuses on the individual. Since our teaching method focuses on small classes and private lessons, our studio does not need to be as large as some schools who teach primarily through group instruction.
