Who is Eric Bell?

A Virginia Beach native, Sifu Eric Bell is an accomplished martial artist with over twenty years experience as well as a long time student of Master Barry Jenkins. He holds rank in multiple systems including a fourth degree black belt in Kenpo-Jujitsu and a purple belt with four stripes in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. In addition, Sifu Bell has been awarded his Full Instructor Certification in Contemporary Jeet Kune Do under the lineage of the legendary Sigung Paul Vunak.

Locally, Sifu Bell has been a Jiu-Jitsu instructor, MMA coach and cornerman for several years in the Tidewater area and is currently available for private instruction. He has the knowledge to bring out the best in his students. Whether a complete novice, or experienced martial artist, Sifu Bell can take you to the next level in your self defense skills.
